Not at all! While the big fiesta is happening in Mexico, we’re also tying the legal knot at the Multnomah County Courthouse on October 31, 2026. If Cabo’s not in the cards for you, we’d love to have you join us in Portland for that special day. If you plan to attend the courthouse ceremony, please reach out to Max or Madi directly so we can share additional details with you.
We encourage guests to stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach to help us meet the venue’s requirement that at least 80% of attendees stay onsite. This helps ensure the celebration runs smoothly and that everyone can enjoy the amazing amenities together! Plus, when you book using our special wedding code, you’ll receive a discounted rate on your stay. WEDDING CODE: OPPENHEIMER26
We recommend booking as soon as possible! You’ll only be charged for one night ( or option to pay for all) upfront, with the remaining balance due at check-in. Early booking also helps us get a better idea of who’s attending and ensures we meet our venue’s requirement for the percentage of guests staying onsite. The hotel booking cutoff date is June 15, 2026.
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding ceremony and reception be an adults-only celebration. Children are welcome to enjoy the resort with you, but the ceremony and reception will be reserved for guests aged 21 and over. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and celebrate with us!
We are so grateful for your excitement to celebrate with us! Due to limited capacity and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those explicitly named on your invitation attend the wedding ceremony and reception. Children are welcome to stay with you at the hotel, but we ask that they do not attend the wedding events.
Guests are encouraged to wear bright colors or tasteful prints to embrace the festive spirit of Cabo, while maintaining an elevated and elegant look. For women: Cocktail dresses, formal sundresses, or sophisticated jumpsuits in lightweight, breathable fabrics. For men: Lightweight suits or dress shirts with tailored trousers in light hues; linen is welcome. Kindly avoid casual beachwear. We also recommend sand-friendly footwear, as parts of the celebration will take place on grass and beach.
To begin the weekend in style, we kindly ask guests to wear white attire to the Welcome Party, which will be held on the beach. Light, breathable fabrics such as linen or cotton are encouraged. Footwear should be sand-friendly — think flat sandals or espadrilles rather than heels, or go barefoot! Need some inspiration? Feel free to check out the Gallery outfit ideas!
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals, as rooms become available.

The poolside staff are incredibly kind and work hard to take care of everyone. While tipping isn’t required, a few dollars here and there is always appreciated — and often leads to even more attentive service. We recommend bringing at least $100 in ones and fives so you’re prepared to tip throughout your stay!
The ocean here has very rough waves and isn’t safe for swimming. While you can absolutely enjoy the beautiful beach for relaxing, walking, and soaking up the views, swimming is best done at Pueblo Bonito’s sister properties. A free shuttle is available to take guests to those locations, where you can enjoy calm, swimmable beaches along with your all-inclusive amenities.
Items purchased at the Deli Bistro, Coffee Shop, Tobacco Shop, Gift Shop & Jewelry Store, Spa treatments, services or products, Golf or products at Quivira Club, special liquors, laundry and dry cleaning.
Guests with guaranteed reservations who do not arrive on their confirmed check-in date will be charged the full stay at the group rate. The same applies to late arrivals and early departures — charges will reflect the full confirmed stay. If you need to cancel for medical reasons, the hotel requires a signed medical report in order to waive cancellation fees.
