Question

How soon should I RSVP?

Answer

As soon as you can! The sooner we have a headcount, the easier it is to plan all the fun details.

Question

Where should I stay for the wedding?

Answer

We encourage guests to stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach to help us meet the venue’s requirement that at least 80% of attendees stay onsite. This helps ensure the celebration runs smoothly and that everyone can enjoy the amazing amenities together! Plus, when you book using our special wedding code, you’ll receive a discounted rate on your stay. WEDDING CODE: OPPENHEIMER26

Question

When should I book the hotel?

Answer

We recommend booking as soon as possible! You’ll only be charged for one night (or option to pay for all) upfront, with the remaining balance due at check-in. Booking early helps us get a better idea of who’s attending and ensures we meet our venue’s requirement for the percentage of guests staying onsite. Head to the Travel page to book using the link. The hotel booking cutoff date is June 15, 2026.

Question

Is the Pueblo Bonito Sunset all-inclusive?

Answer

Yes! Your stay includes all meals, snacks, drinks (including alcohol), and most activities at the resort. Some special menu items or restaurants might cost extra. We recommend booking dinner reservations early, as spots fill up fast. You can also use your all-inclusive plan at their nearby sister resorts.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Children are welcome to enjoy the resort with you, but we kindly ask that our wedding events remain adults-only. This includes the Welcome Party, Ceremony, and Reception, which will be reserved for guests 21 and over.

Question

Can I bring a guest who wasn’t included on my invitation?

Answer

We are so grateful for your excitement to celebrate with us! Due to limited capacity and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those explicitly named on your invitation attend the wedding ceremony and reception. Children are welcome to stay with you at the hotel, but we ask that they do not attend the wedding events.

Question

What’s the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Dress Code: Semi-Formal Guests are encouraged to wear bright colors or tasteful prints to embrace the festive spirit of Cabo, while keeping things elevated and elegant. For women: Think fun, flowy dresses, jumpsuits, or matching sets in bold or tropical colors. Linen, cotton, or silk blends are perfect for Cabo. Aim for something that feels polished but still playful. For men: Lightweight suits or dress shirts with tailored trousers in light hues—linen is welcome. Ties optional. Please avoid casual beachwear. We also recommend sand-friendly footwear, as some of the celebration will take place on grass and beach. Need outfit inspo? Head to the Gallery for ideas!

Question

What's the dress code for the Welcome Party?

Answer

To kick off the weekend in style, we kindly ask guests to wear Resort Chic attire for the Welcome Party. Resort Chic is that sweet spot between relaxed and refined. It’s polished enough for an evening celebration, while still comfortable for the Cabo breeze. For women: Elevated and effortless — a sleek slip dress, a flowy maxi, or a stylish set you’d wear to a beachside cocktail hour. For men: A crisp linen or button-down shirt with tailored trousers or polished shorts. Jacket not required. Please note: the party will take place on the beach, in the sand—shoes are totally optional! Need outfit inspo? Check out the Gallery for ideas!

Question

Can I attend the Welcome Bonfire if I’m not staying at the resort?

Answer

Due to resort policy, only guests staying at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach the night of the bonfire (Wednesday, November 4th) will be able to attend. Unfortunately, the resort does not allow outside guests for this event.

Question

How long should I stay in Cabo?

Answer

We want this to be a fun vacation for you too! Max and Madi will be in Cabo from Monday, November 2nd through Sunday, November 8th, and we’d love for you to join us for as long—or as little—as you’d like. Festivities begin on Wednesday, with the wedding taking place on Friday.

Question

When is check-in and check-out at Pueblo Bonito Sunset?

Answer

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals, as rooms become available.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Guests can book discounted transportation through "Cabo Travel Solutions". We highly recommend using this option for a smooth and easy arrival. When booking, be sure to include “Caster/Oppenheimer Wedding” in the notes when booking. Please note, this service is available only for guests staying at the Pueblo Bonito resorts.

Question

How many guests can stay in one room?

Answer

Junior Suites: Up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children Executive & Super Executive Suites: Up to 4 adults and 2 children

Question

Any tips for getting great service at the pool?

Answer

The poolside staff are incredibly kind and work hard to take care of everyone. While tipping isn’t required, a few dollars here and there is always appreciated — and often leads to even more attentive service. We recommend bringing at least $100 in ones and fives so you’re prepared to tip throughout your stay!

Question

I want to take a lot of pictures throughout the week. How can I share them?

Answer

We encourage you to capture and share photos throughout the week — we’d love to see the celebration through your eyes! Before the wedding week, we’ll provide a Google Photos link where you can easily upload your favorite shots. During the ceremony, we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away so everyone can be fully present. Don’t worry — there will be a few minutes while Madi and Max are at the altar for you to snap a quick photo!

Question

Can I swim in the ocean at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach?

Answer

The ocean here has very rough waves and isn’t safe for swimming. While you can absolutely enjoy the beautiful beach for relaxing, walking, and soaking up the views, swimming is best done at Pueblo Bonito’s sister properties. A free shuttle is available to take guests to those locations, where you can enjoy calm, swimmable beaches along with your all-inclusive amenities.

Question

What happens if I no-show or arrive late to the hotel?

Answer

Guests with guaranteed reservations who do not arrive on their confirmed check-in date will be charged the full stay at the group rate. The same applies to late arrivals and early departures — charges will reflect the full confirmed stay. If you need to cancel for medical reasons, the hotel requires a signed medical report in order to waive cancellation fees.

Question

What is not included in the all-inclusive?

Answer

Items purchased at the Deli Bistro, Coffee Shop, Tobacco Shop, Gift Shop & Jewelry Store, Spa treatments, services or products, Golf or products at Quivira Club, special liquors, laundry and dry cleaning.
