What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. The venue is 100% outdoors in grass with only a white tent on concrete for the reception, so rain or shine we will be outside. Please keep that in mind when it comes to clothing and shoes. Plan on bringing a jacket and umbrella to keep in your vehicle just to be safe.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! You will be parking next door at the conservation club parking lot. There will be golf cart shuttles available upon arrival and at the end of the evening for those who need assistance. The parking lot address is: 7777 N Mechanicsburg Rd, Middletown IN 47356

What is being served?

Answer

Beer and wine, dinner, dessert, and dancing will follow after the ceremony underneath the tent. As we will be only serving beer & wine, please be mindful that there is no liquor allowed on the premises. That includes in the parking lot. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures?

We respectfully ask that the ceremony is phone-free and technology-free. We have hired a photographer to capture these memories, and would love for you to be in the moment with us. For the reception, we invite you to take pictures, dance, have fun with family and friends! Enjoy the day with us!
