Summer in Minnesota tends to mean one thing… construction season. Please note that road work on Highway 210 in Brainerd is expected to begin in May 2026. We recommend planning a little extra travel time just in case! The good news is that there will be clearly marked, quick detours and the city has provided helpful alternate routes to keep everyone on track. You can check the latest updates and detour information here: https://www.dot.state.mn.us/d3/projects/brainerd/
The dress code is semi-formal attire. For the ladies, midi- or floor-length dresses. For the gentlemen, suits or sport coats with dress pants. Ties are optional and no jeans, please!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP.
While we love your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the two children in the wedding party. We truly appreciate your understanding, and please know that children are most welcome at the other festivities throughout the weekend!

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to find your seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held indoors.
Yes! The ceremony and reception spaces are both on the Northern Pacific Center campus, with a short walk outside along a paved path between the two buildings.
