Question

Why Isla Mujeres?

Answer

Just a short ferry ride from Cancun, Isla is known worldwide for its turquoise waters, coral reefs, and charming laid-back vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can snorkel with tropical fish in the morning, sip margaritas by the beach in the afternoon, and watch breathtaking sunsets in the evening. We can’t wait to share this slice of paradise with you during our wedding weekend!

Question

How do I book flights?

Answer

We’ve arranged a group discount code with the airline. These flight arrangements will not be released until October 8th. Stay tuned for an update with a group booking code when its ready. You will enter our code at checkout to unlock the special rate. Complete payment directly with the airline online.

Question

How do the Airport Transfers Work?

Answer

When you arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN), you will be greeted by VIP transportation. This service will take you directly to the ferry terminal, assist you across, and pick you up on the other side for drop-off at your hotel in Isla Mujeres. Note: Payment for this transfer service will be collected in 2026, once ferry costs have been finalized for the year.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a room block reserved at our host hotel "Hotel Izla" in Quantiana Roo— just steps from paradise and all of the wedding festivities! Please see the travel page for booking details and our group rate link. Note: If you’re booking multiple rooms and would like them to be connected, please be sure to request adjoining rooms. Pamela, our hotel coordinator, will be happy to assist with this.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation included a plus one, their name will appear on your RSVP. Please RSVP for both of you.

Question

Will there be photos and video?

Answer

Yes — we’ll have a professional photo and video team documenting all the big moments so you can relax, unplug, and soak it all in. But we also believe the best memories are the ones seen through your eyes — so feel free to snap away! Throughout the weekend, you’ll find QR codes placed around each venue where you can easily upload your favorite moments, from candid family laughs to sweet shots of the bride and groom (and your crew living it up in paradise!). 🌺✨
