Some love stories begin with a first date. Ours began long before we ever knew just how beautiful it would become. We first met in seventh grade at the Sugar Land Christmas tree lighting. We were just kids then, but there was something about us from the very beginning. Something that always felt a little different, a little special. As the years passed, the Christmas tree lighting became one of our favorite traditions and a place that held so many memories of us. Twelve years later, on December 5, 2025, Taylor brought me back to that very same tree. Under the same Christmas lights, on the same date where so much of our story began, he got down on one knee and asked me to spend forever with him. Standing there together, it felt like every little moment had somehow led us right back to where it all started. The place that had held so many memories of our love now held our sweetest one yet, the beginning of forever.
