What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men. Please no Khaki's Preferred color scheme: blacks, browns, dark blues and greens.

Will it be cold?

Answer

October in Virginia can fluctuate with day temperatures in the high 60s and 70s and night temperatures dipping into the 50s. Please bring a jacket as we will be outside majority of the evening.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Can I take pictures/video during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos or video during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to bring a plus one! Please indicate their attendance when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. The doors will not open until 3:30pm. If you arrive early please wait outside the front doors. Thank you
