The wedding is black tie preferred. We would love to see our guests dressed in formal attire. For men, this typically means a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie. For women, a long evening gown or formal separates would be perfect. Ladies, please be aware that the ceremony will take place on grass, so consider wearing block heels or wedges instead of stilettos.
YES! We will provide transportation from Downtown Beaufort to Agapae Oaks. Trolleys will depart from The Beaufort Inn and The Best Western at 4:15 PM to transport guests to Agapae Oaks. Return trolleys will be available after the reception to bring guests back to downtown Beaufort.
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. It is about a 15 minute drive from Downtown Beaufort so please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 4:45pm.
While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event. This will allow all guests to relax and enjoy the evening.
We recommend using a licensed and bonded company like Guardian Angels or Care.com. This gives the opportunity for parents to choose sitters that best fit their needs and level of care.
We kindly ask that only guests who were specifically named on the invitation bring a plus one. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be listed, and we look forward to welcoming them!
We want everyone to enjoy the meal, so there will be plenty of options available, including vegetarian choices. If you have any food allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance by sending us an email at drewmadelyntref@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!
