How Should I RSVP?

Answer

On the RSVP tab, please type your name and search for your party! It will bring you to a screen of all the people already invited as well as if you have a plus granted to you! Please select if the people in your party will or will not attend, as well as a song request and a piece of advice for the newly weds! Kindly RSVP before October 1st, 2025. Any RSVPs received after this date, will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP, where you will also see the exact number of guests invited from your party. Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is Formal with Black Tie optional. Meaning, guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire, including but not limited to a formal suit or cocktail dress. Avoid jeans if possible, please! We also kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- white, ivories, and cream. Also, prepare for changing temperatures.

Will we be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors.

How Does Seating Work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow for family to have the first few aisles. For the reception, there will be no assigned seats, with a few a tables reserved for family.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We recommend guests arrive between 4:30-4:45 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight, and we will see you at the reception. Thank you for your understanding!

Is There Parking Available at the Venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary on-site parking in the Rip Van Winkle parking lot. There is also a gravel space with additional parking. Also, no traveling is needed because the ceremony and reception are in the same place!

Can we Take Our Own Photos and Videos Throughout the Day?

Answer

Our ceremony, outside, will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no photos or videos taken! You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception. This is such a special day for us, and we have the most amazing photography and videography team documenting our entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate, and be in the moment with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, however there is NO cash bar! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you - get ready to party! For this reason, we encourage you to Uber to and from the venue or have a sober driver. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.
