A shuttle will be available for transportation from the hotel to the ceremony and back to the hotel at the end of the night :)

NYC has tons of airports, but JFK is the easiest for finding direct flights. You could fly to Newark or Laguardia if it's easier to get there

If traveling from NYC, you can take metro north to the Larchmont station.
