What quadrant of the city is the venue in?

The Blockhouse is in the NW quadrant of the city.

What does 'Quadrant of the City' mean?

Answer

Portland is split into 4 quadrants. The Willamette River separates the West and East sides of the city and Burnside street separates the North and South ends of the city. So when we say the NW quadrant, that means North of Burnside St. and West of the Willamette River. Each quadrant of the city has its own unique style and attractions. If you have time, try to visit them all!

What Should I Wear?

Dressy Casual, please. We want you to be comfortable but also have fun getting fancy with us for the night! No need for black tie formal.

Can I Wear Heels?

Answer

If you want to! The venue is all on even concrete with minimal gravel. So feel free to slip on those stilettos if you choose or rock some flats, what's most important is that you are comfortable.

Can I Bring a Guest?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. Otherwise, due to limited space at the venue we can not accommodate guests.

Is There Parking at the Venue?

Answer

There is unmetered street parking around the venue and a pay to park lot that costs $5/space 4 blocks from the venue on 19th & Savier Street. Lyft and Uber are also great, easy to use options!
