This event is being held at a private residence, and we kindly ask all guests to act responsibly and treat the property—including the house, barn, garages, and surrounding areas—with the same care you would your own. By attending, you acknowledge that the homeowners are not liable or responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, property damage, or acts of God that may occur during the wedding. Please be especially mindful of children around the pond, farm equipment, tools, and any natural hazards (including but not excluding - poison oak, poison ivy, animals, etc.) on the property. Your cooperation helps ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration for everyone. Thank you so much.
We love your little ones and they’re more than welcome to join the celebration if you’d like to bring them along. But if you’d prefer a kid-free evening to dance, eat, and sip in peace—we fully support that too! Just let us know on your RSVP whether you’ll be bringing the kiddos, so we can plan accordingly for food and fun.
We’ll have plenty of delicious catered food along with soft drinks, water, beer, and a couple of signature cocktails. But we get that everyone has their favorites! If you’d rather bring your own drink or snack to enjoy, go for it. We want everyone to feel comfortable and have a great time.
1. Proceed up the hill. 2. Turn right onto the gravel road. 3. Continue past the grey garage on your left. 4. Turn into the driveway leading to the red barn. 5. Make a right turn into the designated field parking area. Kindly reserve the closer parking spaces for elderly guests and those with limited mobility. Guests who are able to walk a greater distance are encouraged to park closer to the tree line. We will have side-by-sides on the property to escort people around.
Our wedding will be outdoors in the country, surrounded by grass, trails, and fresh air. Dress however makes you comfortable but keep in mind you’ll be on grass, not concrete. If you’d like to explore the trails, fish by the pond, or play a few yard games, feel free to bring a change of clothes and shoes. We’ll have heaters and a cozy bonfire to keep everyone warm, but the celebration will be outside.
Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast.
Don’t forget to bring your own rods, reels, and bait! We’d love for you to fish, but our supply won’t cover everyone—so BYO gear!
