Question

When do I need to book my room by?

Answer

The deadline for booking rooms is May 1, 2023. We prefer that rooms be booked at least a month before the deadline to alleviate any last minute booking stress.

What dates should I book?

Answer

Us and our families will be arriving on Monday July 3rd, and will be leaving on Monday, July 10th. We will be renting a catamaran boating excursion for all of our guests on Friday July 7th. You are welcome to choose any variation of dates that work best for you. The resort just requires that 3 nights be booked.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

YES! In order to book your flights, you must have a valid passport, and the passport must be within 6 months of expiration from date of travel (ex: cannot have an expiration date of 01/08/2024). The current turn around time for passport processing is 8-9 weeks.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the wedding, there is no dress code. The resort restaurants do have a dress code. For more information, check the dining page of the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabo website.

Is there transportation from the airport to the resort?

Answer

The resort does have shuttles that will transport guests to and from the airport. Shuttles may be booked by calling the resort, or adding transportation service to your hotel booking via the link on the "Travel" page.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! The Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos is a family friendly resort.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Yes. We encourage you to bring a guest! After researching price options on the link provided, it is more cost efficient if there is more than one person to a room.
