Question

When should I respond by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st, 2026.

Question

How do I book a room at the hotel?

Answer

Within your response, you'll be directed to indicate whether or not you plan on staying at Casa del Mare Mediterraneo. We have a hotel buyout Thursday night-Monday morning. The "View" button on the Travel page will take you to a Google Doc with all of the necessary information for booking. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Question

How will I get to the hotel? How will I get to the ceremony?

Answer

We are working with a travel agency to provide transportation for all guests arriving to and departing from Dubrovnik Airport and Tivat Airport. This agency will also be transferring guests between the hotel, church, and reception venue on the wedding day.

Question

How will we communicate once we are in Montenegro?

Answer

Guests are invited to download Whatsapp so that we can communicate over wifi once in Montenegro. There will be a group chat with all guests. Another option is to install an eSIM. Our favorite company is Airalo, though service may still be spotty because of the mountains.

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

-Type C (European) Travel Adapter: we recommend a few per room. Be aware of different voltages when using hot tools from the US (blow dryers, electric razors, straighteners, and curlers). -Euros: this is the official currency of Montenegro and is accepted everywhere. Card is typically accepted, except for things like taxis. You can order Euros through your bank in the US with advance notice. -Rubber Shoes: most beaches are rock not sand. A nice to have, not a need to have. -Your Dancing Shoes -Don't worry about beach towels! The hotel will provide them.

Question

I want to travel around the area. Where should I go and what should I do?

Answer

In Montenegro, we recommend exploring Kotor Bay. Dobrota for sleepy small town feel, Djenovic for a local tourist spot, and Portonovi for a resort experience. In Croatia, we recommend visiting Dubrovnik, Split, Hvar, and Krka National Park. In Serbia, we recommend visiting Fruska Gora National Park, Tara National Park, and Belgrade. For more specific travel recommendations, reach out to the bride and groom. We'd love to share personal favorites!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

During the wedding and ceremony, guests are invited to dress in Black Tie attire. This includes floor length gowns or formal cocktail dresses and tuxedos.
