What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Will there be transportation provided on the day of the wedding?

Answer

On Saturday, there will be shuttles at Hotel Indigo at 4:15pm to pick-up guests. Shuttles will leave the hotel prompty at 4:30pm to take guests to the venue. The shuttles will depart from the venue at 11:30pm to take guests back to Hotel Indigo. If you decide to stay somewhere other than Hotel Indigo and don’t plan to drive, we still recommend using the shuttle. Ride-share services are generally easier to find in downtown Asheville than at the venue—especially late at night.
