Wedding Party

Abigail Klopp

Matron of Honor

God knew I needed a sister, so He gave me Abigail Kenyon Klopp. I met Abbi on the second day of sixth grade at Hill Middle School, and from that moment on, she became a constant in my life. For over 14 years, she’s been by my side through every season—making Video Star music videos to “Gangnam Style” by PSY, getting ready for homecoming and prom, visiting each other at college, and even the quiet days spent bed-rotting while watching Housewives. No matter what chapter we were in, laughter was always there—usually with guacamole and rosé in hand. Abbi isn’t just my best friend, she’s family!

Abbey Hillman

Bridesmaid

Abbey Hillman is one of my dearest soccer friends and one of the most thoughtful people in my life. We met on the soccer field seventeen years ago, but what we built went far beyond the game. Abbey and I naturally bonded over growing up in big families, our shared love of soccer, and our ability to yap on the phone for countless hours. I so admire everything she has accomplished—playing Division I soccer, passing all of her CPA exams on the first try, and always showing up for the people she loves. She is the kind of friend who remembers exactly when your flight takes off and texts you “safe travels” as you’re boarding. She never misses wishing my family members happy birthday, always asks the right questions, and truly listens to the answers. I am so lucky she will be next to me on the big day!

Chloe Shane

Bridesmaid

Chloe is a beautiful reminder that sometimes the universe has a way of sending exactly what we need. Chloe and I had been loose friends for the past couple of years, but our friendship took off when she moved to the city. Since the move, Chloe and I have religiously tried new bagel pop-ups throughout the city, seen Mindy at Mini Nails every 2.5 weeks, and loved experiencing the city together. Chloe is my “yes” friend—always down to try a new recipe, sport, walking path, or binge TSITP or Love Island. I’ve learned to appreciate friendships that are effortless, and that’s exactly what I have with Chloe. I feel so thankful to have found a lifelong bestie in you, boo boo!

Kylee Krippel

Bridesmaid

Kylee Krippel is the cool older cousin everyone wishes they had. As the oldest cousin, she had an important role, and she truly stepped up to the plate. From trips to the motherland, to Black Friday shopping at the mall in 2014, to double sleepovers and everything in between, I’ve cherished growing up together. One of my favorite things about Kylee is how intentionally she asks questions and makes everyone around her feel special and understood. It has been so much fun being engaged together!

Maddie Strick

Bridesmaid

I remember the first time I met you and your mom on the rooftop of Empire on Mother’s Day in 2023. I loved listening to your childhood stories about Ryan and soaking up all the kind words you had to say about him. It has been so much fun getting to know you over the past two and a half years. One of my favorite memories with you was going on an ATV trip in Michigan—it was so fun to see you and your brothers in your element. I’m looking forward to many more candle-making classes, birthday celebrations, Blackhawks games, and holiday parties in our future!

Maia Linko

Bridesmaid

One of my favorite compliments is when people tell me that Maia is my twin. I’ve had the privilege of watching her grow up—from our regular visits to Grandma and Papa’s to seeing her become the beautiful woman she is today. I was four years old when Maia was born, so it felt like I was holding a real-life baby girl in my arms. Coming from a house full of boys, I cherished the feminine energy Maia brought into my life. I will forever treasure our shopping days at Charming Charlie and strolling through downtown St. Simons Island together. My favorite qualities about Maia are her boldness, loyalty, and the confidence she exudes.

Makayla Sage

Bridesmaid

Makayla Joe and I have been friends since second grade, when we first met on the soccer field playing for the Naperville Soccer Association. What started as a shared love for the game quickly turned into a friendship that followed us both on and off the field. Over the years, Makayla has been so much more than a teammate—she’s my gym buddy, my go-to hairstylist, my reality TV connoisseur, and the person who always tells it like it is. We’ve truly grown up together, sharing countless milestones, changes, and memories along the way. I know our seven-year-old silly selves would be so proud of the friendship we’ve built. To know MJ is to love MJ.

Zoe Linko

Bridesmaid

I feel so lucky that you’re not just my cousin, but someone I truly got to grow up with. From art projects in Grammie’s craft room, to baking together, getting the same Christmas gifts so we could play side by side, to volunteering to match clothing for Bethlehem Lutheran Church services after a crazy sleepover—those memories mean everything to me. Growing up with you meant always having someone who understood where I came from, someone who shared the same roots and so many of the same memories. It has been so special sharing our adult lives together in the best city in the world. I cherish our Euchre nights, bowling tournaments, and comedy shows. Zoe is someone who knows my past, cheers for my future, and fits so naturally into my present.

Adam Ziminski

Groomsman

Zimbo! Adam always, what we have phrased, brings the juice! He is a high-energy friend that adds to every occasion. We became friends in high school and eventually formed the Goose Squad. Adam, I, and the other members spent every moment of the weekends together. We spent high school doing much of the same and playing football together. We share a passion for the artist Kid Cudi, working at auto maintenance shops, and now medical sales. Not a week goes by that Zim and I don't hear from each other. He is a present friend even while living hundreds of miles away in New York. Proud to have you standing by my side!

Alex Simonich

Groomsman

Alex! When you and Madeline lived together, I was introduced to what a no ESPN/sports household looked like. Although perplexed at first, I grew to appreciate the comradery outside of sports. Bravo and Andy Cohen are now known entities. Having the opportunity to explore the city together and travelling abroad have shown me what a great brother you are and future brother-in-law you will be! I enjoy hearing your life updates and success in business. Proud to have you by my side!

Brit Vernon

Groomsman

Brit Vernon/Britters is a man of many talents. I met Brit in college at the prestigious University of Wisconsin. Although a few years a part, we had the sport of football in common. We spent time meeting in the A-gap, but also celebrating our victories at the world-renowned Cabin. Britt is another one of those friends that you always have a good time hanging with. He is kind, funny, and down-to-earth. Over the years we spent, and continue to spend, time boating, snowboarding, mopeding, and throwing darts together. Proud to have you by my side Brit!

Chad Strick

Best Man

Broski! Growing up with a big brother is a true blessing. From the jump we were united with Legos, N64/PS2, and Petroliana. We spent hours engineering our creations and dueling. You are a loyal brother and friend. You would give the shirt off your back to help your people, and you will drive hundreds of miles just to hang for a bit. Toughness is a Strick trait that you embodied. From the early days of youth football you would break a finger and tape it up for a few days. You never complained much. In fact you wore it as a badge of pride. I looked up to this and still do. I am lucky to have you as a brother, and I am proud to have you as my best man!

Chris Karkazis

Groomsman

Chris and I met in middle school and really became great friends in high school. We are always together and I cant remember too many fun nights without Chris. He is just one of those guys you want to be around. We spent our first 2 years in Chicago as roommates and shared a Jack & Jill. We spent our time watching sports, beating Zack and Kenny in NHL, and ensuring to end a night out on a dance floor. We have watched each other grow from teenagers to men. I am proud to have Chris standing by my side!

Clarke Simonich

Groomsman

Clarke and future brother-in-law! From the jump you were welcoming, and I am grateful for that. You are ambitious, calm, and all-around cool. One of my best memories is drifting every chance we got on the ATVs in Costa Rica. Also, exploring your study abroad life in Rome. You and I share some commonalities, and I enjoy witnessing your success. You have a spirit of adventure and I look forward to life as a part of each other's families. Proud to have you by my side!

Cooper Simonich

Groomsman

Cooper and future brother-in-law! Once we figured out our handshake, that is when we officially became cool. You were also welcoming and I quickly learned you were witty, funny, and creative. You also add life to any activity. I have never had a little brother, and you are kind of tall now, but a brother you are. Watching you navigate life is enjoyable and I cant wait to witness all that you achieve. Proud to have you by my side!

Keaton Casey

Groomsman

My guy Kedo! We had met briefly while playing travel baseball with Acceleration. We then became great friends in high school. Kedo was also a member of the Goose Squad. We spent the days on the field and then afternoons and nights driving around Naperville/Aurora to meet up with more friends. Kedo and I have a sense of humor where we just get each other. Some of my hardest laughs have come recently from a select few inside jokes. Proud to have you by my side!

Kenny Woodruff

Groomsman

Kenneth! Kenny and I met while playing in the historic Naperville Youth Football League (NYFL). We had a good season, but truly wouldn't become great friends until high school. As a fellow linebacker, and captain, we spent the summers together. A great memory I have is hanging and sharing protein shakes between two-a-days at your place. Another is our shared passion for music and concerts. Kenny set the soundtrack to our friend group. Beyond that, Kenny is intentional, smart, and has a big heart. Proud to have you by my side!

Luke Marzano

Groomsman

Luke Marzano also became a great friend of mine in high school. Go warriors! We spent the summers playing football and baseball and then the spring and fall playing football and baseball. In between the lines we were buddies, but outside of the lines we were great friends as well. Luke is our honorable fantasy football commissioner and fellow 3-time champion. He also likes the Bears. Beyond sports, Luke is a great friend. He is loyal, honest, and present. Once Luke made the move to Chicago we have spent even more time together and have shared many pints together. Everyone needs a friend like Luke. Proud to have you by my side man!

Nick Schroeder

Groomsman

Nick Schroeders! My senior year roommate at the University of Wisconsin and now a wonderful father of two! "Nick and Strick" were always together. We had a strong focus on academics during the day, but following that we enjoyed watching sports, throwing darts, snowboarding, taco Thursday, and more. Nick is ambitious, hard working, and intelligent. Catching up from an occasional phone call from Chicago to Baton Rogue feels like we never missed a beat. Those type of friends are incredible to have. Proud to have you by my side!

Zack Bennema

Groomsman

Zack! He is one of my most intelligent friends and a damn good person. Much like the rest of the guys, we spent majority of high school and post-grad hanging out. We also spent a lot of time playing football and baseball together, and he was also my roommate the first 2 years in Chicago. Whenever I am with Zack everything seems funnier. My best memories with Zack are chilling on the couch and having high-IQ conversations. We also enjoy our jingles. One quote that sticks out from Zack is, "It's been fun." We have been through many chapters of life together, and I am proud to have you by my side for the beginning of this one!

Bella Crout

Junior Bridesmaid

Beautiful Bella! I was 10 years old when you were born, so I have the most special memories of you. I’ve had the pleasure of going with you to get your ears pierced, have your makeup done, and enjoy other girly firsts. We love getting our nails done together, going back-to-school shopping, and talking about our favorite makeup and clothes… duh! It has been so much fun watching you grow into a teenager with your own magical personality. You bring kindness, joy, and a beautiful smile wherever you go. I am so grateful to have you as a junior bridesmaid!

Scarlett Richards

Junior Bridesmaid

I have always been in awe of my cousin Scarlett. My little cousin is so artistic and musically talented, with the biggest heart for animals. Lately, she’s been loving skincare and fashion, and it’s been so fun watching her creativity grow. She’s thoughtful, expressive, and full of light. I can’t believe what used to be my little cousin is now in middle school and absolutely crushing it! I’m so proud every time I see her on stage, sharing her gift of musical theater—wow, can she sing! Thank you for being my junior bridesmaid.

Charlotte Crout

Flower Girl

Our sweet flower girl, Charlotte, is a bundle of love and energy. We know she is going to make the most fabulous flower girl. We love her silly jokes, big smile, and curious personality. From the moment she walks down the aisle, she brings light, laughter, and a little bit of magic with her. We are so lucky to have someone so special, kind-hearted, and full of sparkle playing such an important role in our day. After we asked her to be our flower girl, she immediately asked if we have crushes on each other—her innocence just melts our hearts! She reminds us that love is sweet, playful, and meant to be celebrated!

Max Richards

Ring Bearer

Max is so good at Minecraft, he could have mined these diamonds himself! You’ll notice Max, our ring bearer, on the dance floor because he has all the best moves and isn’t afraid to show them off. If you need someone to cheer you up, make you smile, or crack you up, ask Max to tell you a joke. He’s a rockstar on his soccer team, the Ghost Pickles, and a sharp student. Max is the kind of kid who says what everyone is thinking—and we love him for it. He has a heart of gold!

Henry Richards

Usher

We are so blessed to have Henry as one of our ushers. At 15, he’s nearly ready for the open road ahead—almost licensed and ready to roll! He is crushing his freshman year of high school and impresses everyone with his intelligence, thoughtfulness, kindness, and wisdom beyond his years. I challenge you to ask him a trivia question—I guarantee he’ll have a thoughtful answer. People like Henry truly make the world a better place!

Jack Linko

Usher

Jack Charles! He may be quiet, but when he speaks, we listen. His natural intelligence and thoughtfulness shine. Jack has a calm, steady presence that draws people in, and his brilliance is evident in everything he does. He’s an incredible collegiate baseball player whose discipline and talent truly stand out, and he’s on a path to becoming an exceptional physical therapist. Jack’s drive, humility, and heart make him someone we’re all incredibly proud of. We love our Jackie and are so thankful he said yes to be our usher.
