Wedding Day Transportation
3:45 pm - 11:00 pm
Round trip transportation is provided to all wedding guests. Buses will leave both hotels promptly at 3:45. Westin-please meet the bus outside of the Lobby Courtyard Marriott-please meet the bus in the overflow parking lot on Hamilton Street. There is a crosswalk at the corner of Hamilton and Broad you can use to safely walk over to meet the bus.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Men: Suit and tie Women: Cocktail dress or evening gown

Reception

There will be transportation to and from the VMFA. If you are driving, free guest parking is available at the parking deck *An early bus will depart the VMFA to the hotels at 10 PM
After Party

There will be transportation from the Reception to the After Party. Late night snacks and drinks will be provided. Transportation will NOT be provided from the after party to the hotels. Uber and Lyft are readily available.
