You're making us go all the way to Ireland?

Answer

We know its a lot to ask, but it felt perfect for us to celebrate the beginning of our lives together! We do fully understand that it is a big financial and time commitment and truly hope you can join us, but if you are unable for ANY reason, or just don't want to spend the money, we totally understand and will love you no matter what! Please remember to RSVP "no" if you are unable to make it!

What do we wear?

Answer

The short answer: Formal Attire The long answer: Come get fancy with us! For Men please wear a suit, tie is preferred. For the ladies, floor-length or cocktail dresses are preferred. Feel free to wear whatever colors you'd like (maybe just skip all white!) There will be some walking outside and on grass, so block heels are probably preferred, also feel free to wear/bring flats for late night dancing!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Doesn't it rain a lot in ireland?

Answer

It sure does - so we plan for rain and are happy if the sun comes out! The ceremony and reception will be inside, but there will be a walk through the garden after the ceremony to get to the reception. Feel free to bring an umbrella, but there will be some available as well!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying at the fitzpatrick castle hotel, we have booked a room block here. We will be providing transportation to and from the fitzpatrick - if you stay somewhere else you will have to rent a car or try to call a taxi

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive

[SHUTTLE SCHEDULE FROM HOTEL IS TBD] The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm, please arrive 15-30minutes prior to allow time to find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony begins you will be asked to wait outside until it is over.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly and make use of the shuttles we have going to and from the hotel. The drinking and driving laws are very strict in Ireland and the roads are narrow and windey!
