The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm with cocktail hour and the dinner reception to follow.
Yes! We will be providing transportation to and from the venue. Busses will leave the Staybridge Suites Winter Haven promptly at 4:30pm in order to get to the venue by 5:00. Although there is ample parking at Bella Cosa, we encourage everyone to enjoy our wedding and not worry about driving! Anyone not staying at the Staybridge Suites is welcome to leave their cars in the Staybridge nearby parking and get on the bus to the venue. Busses will be making periodic rounds back from the venue to the hotel with the last bus leaving Bella Cosa at 10pm after the Bride and Groom send off.
We love all of your little ones! Due to limited space, we have decided to only invite children for those that are family of the Bride and Groom. If traveling and choosing to bring your children we will have a list of great babysitters available to contact should you need childcare the weekend of the wedding. We encourage everyone to use our wedding as a date night!
The Bride and Groom request formal attire. Floor length dresses and suits preferred, please no tuxes.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP and on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Due to majority of our guests travelling to celebrate with us we chose to forego the typical rehearsal dinner so that we had the opportunity to spend time with everyone! The welcome party will have a full dinner compliments of Firehouse Boil Co, along with select adult beverages and sodas. This event is casual and come and go as you please! We are excited to see everyone and kick off the weekend!
