Do we need to stay at the resort to come to the wedding?
Answer
You can stay at any resort you like. You will have to pay a day pass of $150 in order to come to the wedding if you do not stay at the resort. You are also responsible for your own transportation.

Are children welcome at the wedding?
Answer
The Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya is an adults-only resort, anyone under 18 will not be admitted onto the property.

How many days should we stay?

The minimum required stay is 3 nights. But please! Stay as long as you'd like!

How do we get to the resort from the airport and to the airport from the resort?
Answer
Transportation services are provided by the resort. Our planner will arrange everyone's transportation and the cost is factored into your booking when you book thru this site**.

How do I book my stay at the Valentin Imperial?

Please make sure you book through this website. Booking through this website ensures 2024 pricing rather than 2026 pricing and also ensures safe and efficient travel services. Our travel planner for the wedding, Lori, will be in contact with you regarding your stay, travel and any questions you may have.

When should we arrive at the resort?
Answer
Please make sure to arrive by 3/19/26 at the latest in the case of travel or weather issues. The room block contract begins on 3/18/26.

When do I need to book my room?
Answer
You can book your room at anytime through this site! 40% of the total cost must be put down during booking & you can continue paying the remaining amount at your leisure. ***Your room must be paid in full by October 15, 2025.*** If your room is not booked by October 15, it will be sold back to the resort.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, the restaurants have a dress code. Please be prepared to dress nicely & appropriately in the evenings.

Are there activities on-site?

Yes - The main pool has activities every day! There is also a spa on-site and rentals on the beach. You'll have the option to bum in the sun all day or get involved in the activities!
