The Hat Girls is a 4x Featured Milliner of Kentucky Derby (2023-2026) and The Official Hat Designers of the Kentucky Derby Festival from 2016 to 2024. What makes it so special is that it is owned and run by sister-in-law, Kate, and her best friend Rachel!
