When should I RSVP by?

We have closed our RSVP link. If you still need to make changes to your RSVP, please reach out to us directly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal cocktail attire! Cocktail dresses, gowns, suits, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets and slacks are welcome. Please no jeans or casual dress.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel & venue?

Answer

We will have shuttle arrangements to and from the Hampton Inn. The first shuttle pick up to the Wintergarden will be at 3:30 PM and will run until 4:15 PM. We will have shuttles running back to the Hampton Inn starting at 10:30 PM until 11:30 PM. If you are planning to drive, please stay sober!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is paid parking available in the Court Street and Midtown parking garages next to our venue. We will be working with Court Street Garage to arrange for pre-paid parking tickets. There is also on-street parking that is not metered on the weekends.

Do you have a registry? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola, Amazon, and Target. You can find links under the Registry tab on our site.

Can I bring a plus one/kids?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly invite only, and we are opting for a child-free wedding. We will only be able to accommodate those included on your invitation, which will be included under your party when you RSVP.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please include any allergies or dietary concerns in the notes section when you RSVP! Our reception dinner will be plated and any allergies or dietary requests can be marked on your plate. Please note that our gnocchi vegetarian meal option is not vegan. If you require a vegan meal please let us know in your RSVP!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please check the travel tab for links to our hotel blocks. Guests are welcome to stay anywhere in the Greater Rochester Area. Please keep in mind our venue is in Downtown Rochester.
