In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest(s) formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
Although we love your little ones, we ask that if you are bringing children, they are 12 years of age or older. We hope you take this as an opportunity to have a fun date night/weekend! If your child is not on your invitation and you plan to bring them, please reach out to the bride or groom to ensure they have a seat!
If we do not receive your RSVP by the June 1st, it will automatically be marked as a "no". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! We booked a Super Coach Bus (seats 52) that will arrive at the Embassy Suites in Franklin at 4pm to pick up guests and drop off at the venue at 4:30pm. The bus will return to the venue at 10:00pm to take guests back to the Embassy Suites.
If you are driving yourself to the venue, you can arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to get parked and find a seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.
There is parking on the venue property! The venue asks that you do not leave your vehicle in the parking lot overnight.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! There will be a shuttle provided for those that plan on drinking and do not have a designated driver. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!
The ceremony space is covered but all windows will be open. Cocktail hour will take place outside on the patio. The reception will be indoors.
There are hotels and AirBnbs in the area, in Franklin, and in Nashville. See the "Travel" tab at the top of the page for hotel recommendations! The Embassy Suites in Franklin (listed at the top of the travel tab) is the pickup/drop off location for the guest transportation bus!
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We recommend cocktail/formal attire. It’s summertime, wear something bright and fun! We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride (no white, ivory, champagne, or cream).
