The Pre-Wedding Plan (July 13-15): We are having a conjoined bachelor/bachelorette party in Amsterdam a few days before the wedding. Anyone is welcome to join. Martin and I will be living there so if you need a couch to crash on let me know. The Venue (July 17) : The Cathedral and Ksiaz Castle are located in Wałbrzych, Poland. It's best to fly into Wrocław, Poland and from there it is a 45 minute scenic drive to the city the Castle is located. We will have a shuttle bus to pick you up in Wrocław city center the morning of the wedding July 17 (time/ location TBD). The shuttle will take you to your hotel at the Castle where you can get ready before the Cathedral ceremony. We will make accommodations for you at the Castle hotel the night of the wedding. From the Castle hotel, we will shuttle you to and from the Cathedral back to the Castle for the wedding reception which will be a long night of jovial eating, dancing and of Polish vodka. Saturday July 18th (After the Wedding brunch/festivities) We will all take a shuttle bus back to Wroclaw city center where you can continue partying with us or continue on your European holiday. After the wedding we are planning to rent a yacht and sail the Amalfi Coast July 20-23, all are welcome to join us. The Plan: We recommend flying into Poland a day or two early to adjust to jet lag. Wroclaw is a gorgeous city and you'll want to explore it at some point. If you are meeting us in Amsterdam, get with Madeline and we will coordinate flights from Amsterdam to Poland. Martin and I will be arriving into Wroclaw on Wednesday July 15. What you need to do: -Book Flight to Europe -Book hotels in Wroclaw Poland (We will make accommodations for you for the night of July 17) -July 17- Be in Wroclaw City Center for shuttle bus to Castle or meet at the Cathedral -July 18- Get shuttled back to Wroclaw Visit our events page for full travel details.

Once upon a time there was a gallant Knight, Martin. Martin would spend relentless hours training at Knight school, learning self defense techniques to defend the kingdom of Dallas against dragons. Then one day the Sorceress Madeline came to the noble Knight to learn a few tips on how to defend her sacred woods . The more they trained the closer they became. They fell madly in love, no the Sorceress did not cast a love spell, and lived happily ever after. Aka... we met at Krav Maga self defense class in Dallas.

As you all know Madeline is obsessed with Disneyland & Christmas. We were in Paris, France at Disneyland Europe. The park was decorated with Christmas cheer and we had just finished celebrating the Yuletide season with a Christmas caroling party/ tree lighting ceremony with Mickey & Minnie Mouse and Santa. The Disney Christmas magic was all around us and it began to snow (well fake Disney snow). And thats when Martin got down on one knee and popped the question! Madeline was so surprised and speechless at first but came too and said "sure why not". Hehe jk, she said "YEEEESSSSSSS"!!!
