When Should I RSVP By?

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 15th 2026.

How Far is the Welcome Reception From the Resort?

It's approximately a 15-20 minute drive from Snowbird's Cliff Lodge. Just at the foot of the mountain.

What is the dress code for the Welcome Reception?

Dressy casual - think nice dinner, maybe not a jeans and a Tshirt?

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus-one, you'll see the option to enter their name on the RSVP page. If not, the answer is no, sorry! Thank you for understanding!

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Answer

Do you know us? DUH! Yes, there will be welcome drinks, wine, & beer during dinner and an open bar for the cocktail hour and party. At the welcome reception, you will receive drink tickets (and dinner).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Formal attire is what we're looking for. Ladies, midi formal, tea-length, or floor-length dresses. Gents, dress shirt & tie, sports coat or suit. Encouraging summer colors (leave your grays and blacks for fall/winter)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5 pm, so we encourage you to arrive around 4:30 pm to park and find your seat.

Are the Events Outside?

Answer

The Welcome Reception on Friday is indoors. The Ceremony is on a terrace outside, which you access through the Cliff Lodge. The Reception is mainly inside, with tables outside for the cocktail hour. Also, it is July. It will be warm while the sun is up; however, we are at an elevation, so I wouldn't worry about it being too warm once the sun sets. Think high of 85°F, low of 60°F
