A charter bus will depart the Hyatt House -Richmond West promptly at 3pm and will return upon conclusion of the reception (approx. 10pm). Please be in the lobby of the hotel by 2:50pm. We highly encourage our guests to take the bus, however, there is parking available at the venue.

For our out-of town guests, we recommend flying into Richmond, VA. This airport is located approximately 30 minutes from the host hotel.
