We have been in touch with several hotels in the area and want to assure you that there are rooms available at each location! If you go to reserve rooms at a particular hotel and it says there aren't rooms available, it is likely because some hotels have not opened their reservations this far out in advance. Be sure to check their websites again as we get closer to the date!

This hotel is located directly next to our venue and who we are working with for room blocks. Don't forget to use the discount code when you book! Please be aware that if you would like the group rate, you will need to book your rooms no later than November 28, 2025.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Wilmington Riverfront
This hotel is conveniently located downtown, but will probably require a short Uber/Lyft ride to our venue. We do not have a room block or group rate for this hotel.

Wilmington International Airport (ILM)
Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is conveniently located about 10 minutes away from the downtown area. Several major airlines fly into Wilmington, including United, Delta, and American Airlines.

Myrtle Beach International Airport
MYR is about an hour and a half drive away from Wilmington but offers more airlines along with cheaper, direct flight options. We fly out of MYR for most of our trips and highly recommend it!
