How do i RSVP for my whole party?

Answer

Each person attending must be entered into the RSVP - this includes children. Our caterer is strict on headcount so it’s very important no one is missed. You may enter names on behalf of others in your party. If someone in your group cannot be found, please contact madsanddevswedding@outlook.com

Dietary meal options?

Answer

Yes! Vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Select your restriction while completing the RSVP.

Question

Is there somewhere to stay if I can’t drive home?

Answer

Yes! The wedding is being held on private family property in Stevensville and we want everyone to have the best time without worrying about the drive home. Sleeping accommodations are available upon request including guest rooms, tent camping, and RV parking - space is limited so please request in advance. Anyone who appears not safe to drive will be asked to stay until they are good to go or call for a ride. We really want everyone to have so much fun, just safely!

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Wedding events are mainly outdoors on our family property in Stevensville - everything is in one place no driving between locations. Maddie’s family is welcoming all of our guests into her childhood home. The home will be available for restrooms, shade, and anything that will be needed.

Is this a child friendly wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! A dedicated area will be set up inside the house with activities. Please note we do not have baby sitters or any dedicated supervision, your children are your responsibility. Also be mindful alcohol will be served.

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones are by invite only due to strict catering headcount. If you would like to request a plus one, please reach out to madsanddevswedding@outlook.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

How do i get to the venue?

Answer

The property is located on a dirt road so GPS may not be perfect. We recommend using the directions linked on the schedule page. Once you turn onto Airport Road, you will see signs all the way in. Parking will have signage and available parking on site.

Can i take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony - our officiant will give a reminder before it begins. We want everyone present in the moment! Before and after the ceremony we absolute encourage taking photos on personal devices. Please upload any photos you may have to this link here:

Is there a liability disclaimer?

Answer

By attending this wedding you agree that Madeline, Devantee and property owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or accidents that occur during the event. We ask that all guests drink responsibly and look out for one another. We want everyone to have an amazing time and get home safely.
