We’re so excited to celebrate with you and kick off the wedding weekend together! Join us for an evening of cocktails and desserts as we gather with our favorite people. We understand that guests may be arriving on Long Island at different times, so please feel free to stop by - even if only for a little while! The venue is conveniently located directly across the street from the Hilton for guests staying within the hotel block.
5:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Transportation will be provided from the Hilton to the venue, with shuttles loading between 4:15 PM and 4:30 PM. For guests who prefer to drive, convenient parking is available at the venue. Please note that there is a short walk from the entrance to the main lawn where the ceremony will take place. We kindly ask that guests arrive between 5:00 PM and 5:15 PM to allow enough time to get settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. If you desire assistance getting from the entrance to the ceremony lawn, please indicate this on your RSVP or contact us directly. Golf carts will be available to assist. The venue includes areas of cobblestone and grass, so we recommend wearing shoes with a block heel, wedge, or flats. (This will not be an issue in the reception area.)

Transportation will be provided from the venue back to the Hilton. For those who would like to keep the celebration going, guests are welcome to gather at the hotel bar for continued festivities.
