Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors in the Old Barn, adjacent to the Courtyard.

Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Cocktail Hour will be held in both the Courtyard and Old Barn, with two open bars, butlered hors d'oeuvres, and two stations. *One of the reasons we love Holly Hedge is that they take a large group photo of everyone in attendance at the start of Cocktail Hour, so get ready to look up and smile for the camera!*

Reception

6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Reception will take place in the New Barn, which is a short walk down a path from the Old Barn & Courtyard. Open bar, dinner, and dancing!

After Party

Sat, Oct 25, 2025, 10:30 pm - Sun, Oct 26, 2025, 12:30 am

For those who want to keep the party going, a two hour after-party will be held back at the Old Barn. Food truck for late-night snacks. Cash Bar. *After-party is open to whomever wants to attend. Shuttle service will be provided for those staying at 1740 House and Hampton Inn likely beginning around 10:30pm with continuous loops back and forth. Those not staying in either of those two places will need to pre-arrange their own transportation back to their accommodations.* **Please note - The after-party Bartender reserves the right to withhold car keys from anyone they deem too intoxicated to drive.**
