The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place inside at Jan Serr Studio. There is an outdoor balcony that will be open during cocktail hour and the remainder of the evening.
Yes, before the wedding a shuttle will be making one trip to the hotels to pick up guests. Due to time constraints the shuttle will only be stopping to pick up guests at the Hyatt Regency hotel and the St. Kate and heading directly to the venue. It will not make a stop at the Aloft hotel. Please note: The shuttle does have a limited capacity of 24 guests. If you do not make the shuttle before the wedding please have a back up plan to drive or Uber! We apologize for the inconvenience.
Yes! Towards the end of the evening the shuttle will begin making multiple trips to bring guests back to ALL THREE hotels (that includes the ALoft hotel, Hyatt Regency, and St. Kate).
There are multiple parking options available near the venue: there is metered street parking on Prospect Ave and free street parking available in the surrounding neighborhoods. There is a Secure Parking lot adjacent to the venue and Power Parking lot located across the street to the northeast which both allow paying in person or pre-paying online. We recommend taking a Uber/Lyft if you don't want to deal with parking and plan on taking the shuttle back at the end of the night!
Doors will open for the ceremony at 4 pm. Ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm.
During cocktail hour we will have passed hors d'oeuvres available. There will be a served salad and buffet style dinner.
