We’re so excited to celebrate with you in beautiful Bali! To help you plan your journey and arrive with ease, we’ve gathered everything you need to know, from flights and hotels to local transportation and visa tips.

Flight

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport

Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar, Bali. It’s the closest airport to our wedding venue and most major airlines offer connecting flights from hubs like Singapore, Jakarta, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and South Korea. We recommend planning to arrive 1–2 days before the wedding date to allow time to settle in and enjoy Bali. For more detailed travel information, please click the button below.

Hotel

Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort

Kawasan Pariwisata, Jl. Nusa Dua Lot Sw1, Bali, 80363, Indonesia
 +62 361 3003888

We have secured a special discounted rate for all our guests at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua. As May is a popular time to visit Bali, we encourage you to book early to ensure availability. Please use the booking link below to reserve your stay and complete your reservation by December 13th to guarantee the group rate. If you would like to arrive earlier or extend your stay with the same group rate, please reach out to our hotel contact, Wulan and mention that you are booking for the wedding of Connor and Madeline. We will be providing a shuttle service to take guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and back, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about transportation.

Travel Note

Visa Information

For all travelers, including those holding U.S. passports, Indonesia requires a Visa on Arrival (VOA) for entry. You may apply for the VOA online before your trip or upon arrival at the airport. During the application process, be sure to select B1 – Visa on Arrival. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry. For additional details, click the button below.

Travel Note

All Indonesia Arrival Form

All travelers are required to complete an electronic arrival card (immigration declaration) prior to entering Indonesia. This form can be completed online in the days leading up to your arrival (typically within 1–3 days before your flight). To fill it out, you will need your passport details, flight information, and visa details (if applicable). Once completed, you’ll receive a QR code to present upon arrival.

Travel Note

Getting Around Bali

For local travel, Grab and Gojek (similar to Uber or Lyft) are the easiest and most affordable ways to get around. Both apps are widely used across Bali and can be paid by cash or card. The Courtyard by Marriott can also assist in arranging private transportation to and from the airport or other destinations for an additional fee. Taxis are also readily available at most hotels and popular areas.

Travel Note

Currency & Payment

Most places in Bali accept credit cards, but it’s helpful to carry some Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for taxis, small shops, and tips.
