Both our wedding and reception will take place at the same location,
Hillside Gardens in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
This beautiful location features grass and gravel paths.
Please wear shoes comfortable for dancing and for walking on gravel.
(If you simply must wear heels, it would be better to wear shoes with flat heels
such as block heels or wedges rather than stiletto heels.)
It can be chilly in the evening in September, and our wedding and reception are entirely outside. Please be sure to wear something warm enough to be comfortable for the entire evening.

This location has gravel paths and grassy areas. Stilettos won't cut it. Also, temps might range from the low 80's in the afternoon to the high 40's in the evening. This is Colorado, so be prepared for any weather!
Children must be supervised at all times, as per our contract with the venue. The gardens contain sharp objects such as metal stakes that could hurt children, and the plants are fragile and could be damaged by someone stepping or falling on them. We don't want anybody to get hurt, and we will be fined for any damage to the gardens, so please supervise children at all times during the event.
