We’re getting married!!!

Chandler and Madeline have known of each other since they were 13. They went to the same middle and high school—he was the football player, and she was the cheerleader—but despite sharing the same hallways, classes, and school events, their paths never truly crossed. Looking back, they can see that God was writing their love story long before they ever realized it. After high school, Madeline moved to Arizona, while her parents relocated to Texas. A year later, Chandler’s family also moved to Texas—unknowingly, to the same neighborhood as Madeline’s parents. Though they had grown up in the same town in California, God was setting the stage for their real connection in His perfect timing in Texas. In 2023, the Lord brought their families together in an unexpected way. At a Fourth of July party hosted by mutual friends, Chandler and Madeline’s parents were introduced. As their moms got to talking, they quickly realized their children had graduated together. It wasn’t long before Chandler sent Madeline a message on Instagram, and from there, everything changed. What started as casual messages quickly turned into deep, meaningful conversations. Texting turned into late-night Facetimes and hours-long phone calls—Chandler in Texas, Madeline in Arizona—both realizing they had found something special. Then came Christmas. When Chandler picked Madeline up from the airport, it was the first time they had seen each other since high school. In that moment, Madeline knew—this was something different. He was even more handsome than she remembered, but more importantly, he was someone she felt instantly at peace with. Chandler was so nervous, but the moment he saw her, he couldn’t help but think she was even prettier in person than he remembered. Knowing there was something special about her, he had brought a Christmas gift as a small gesture, never expecting that he was meeting his future wife that day. A few days later, they went on their first date, and the rest is history. Looking back, they know that it was never coincidence—it was always the Lord working in their lives, preparing them for each other in His perfect way and His perfect timing.
