What's the deal with COVID vaccines?

Answer

Science rules, COVID drools! It's import to us that we create a safe environment, so we ask that if you are able to join us in person to celebrate you are vaccinated against COVID-19.

When should I travel into town?

Answer

If your travel is flexible, we recommend adding extra time before (versus after) the wedding in the event of inclement weather. We will have a hosted Welcome Happy Hour on Friday night, so we would love to see you on Friday evening if you're able to join us.

Do I need a rental car?

Answer

If you are staying in one of the hotels and planning to stay in the area, a rental car is not necessary. From the airport (CVG- technically in Kentucky) into Downtown Cinci it is about a $25-35 Uber/Lyft depending on what time you're traveling. There is plenty to see, eat, and do in OTR/CBD! If you are staying in one of the hotel blocks, then you will be central to all the activity and able to get around on the free streetcar, Redbikes, Bird/Lime scooters, and Uber/Lyft. From the hotel to OTR it is about an 8-10 block walk (depending on which hotel). For the wedding, we will have a shuttle available to guest from 21c to the venue and back at the end of the night. There is not designated guest parking available at the venue- there is a public parking lot available behind the venue, but we expect this to be packed due to the holiday and do not recommend guests drive.

What's the weather on NYE?

Answer

Great question! We recommend being prepared for on average 45 degree weather (something you'll want a warm jacket, hat, and gloves for). It could be raining or snowing depending on how the temperature swings. Typically, we don't get a ton of snow and ice this early in the winter. We will have heated transportation for guests on our Wedding Day to and from 21c, so you will not have to walk in whatever Ohio throws our way!
