Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time at 3:40PM. This will give you more than enough time to park and find a place to sit. Ideally, please be in a seat by 3:50PM. The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM. If you arrive late, you will be asked to wait to the side until the ceremony has officially begun and both the bride and groom are at the end of the aisle.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We would love to see everyone dressed their best! Therefore, we’d love to request formal attire. It will also be cold so plan accordingly. As an example, this could be longer dresses for women (or slightly shorter if you prefer) and for men, this could be a suit or something comparable to one like a button up and dress pants. If you do not have clothing like that, just dress your best! Please reserve the color white for the bride. As an FYI, the bridesmaids will also be in a twilight blue and the groom and groomsmen in black tuxes.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We will be having an UNPLUGGED CEREMONY. Videographers and photographers will be taking care of all the ceremony moments, and we will share those files with you after our special day. We ask that you please silence and turn off all cellphones before the ceremony begins so the focus can be on the bride & groom. However, AFTER we exit the aisle, please feel free to take however many photos and videos you want throughout.

Are you registered?

Answer

Yes! We have registries on Zola and Target. Please go to the “Registry” section to see the Zola one. If you scroll to the bottom of that page, you will see the link to the Target registry. That, or search Madeline McCoy or Caleb Riggs on the Target Registry website. We appreciate your time to look through the items and thank you ahead of time for any gifts you might consider!

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online at the tab titled "RSVP". There is no need to mail in an RSVP card.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1st, 2025. That gives us around two months time to know the amount of people joining us for this special day. If you do not RSVP, we will unfortunately assume you are not able to make it. If you cannot make it, we appreciate you still considering and will miss you so much!!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP form due to guest limitations at the venue. If you are given a plus-one, and they cannot be there to celebrate, please let that be known when you RSVP.

Will I be able to see the photos and videos taken during the night?

Answer

Please keep an eye out for a QR code after the ceremony within the cocktail hour and reception space. After scanning it, you will be taken to a shared album that will allow you to add photos and videos from the night. Everyone can see what you share within it, and you can see what everyone else has shared within it. If you would like to be ahead of the game, please download the app: PhotoCircle.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather allowing, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. However, the reception will be completely inside. Please keep a close eye on the weather as the date gets closer. A jacket might be needed in order to stay warm if the ceremony is to continue outside.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We have decided on a dry wedding, and outside alcohol is not allowed. However, there will be two mocktails, as well as sodas, teas, and waters provided. We hope you enjoy the variety of drinks!
