Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM and will take place outdoors. Please plan to arrive a little early to allow time to find your seat and get settled. We recommend dressing accordingly for the weather and outdoor setting.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Think cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or suits. We want everyone to feel comfortable while still looking polished and festive.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by September 20, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you will not make it, Please notify the bride's mother, Heather Pipes at 817-487-8617.

Can I bring a date or a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones; however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Will there be an open Bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to all of our guests, so please leave your personal alcoholic beverages at home; they will not be allowed on the venue grounds.
