President James K. Polk Home and Museum

301 West 7th Street, Columbia, TN 38401

If you get in early on Friday or stay late on Sunday, consider going on a tour of the James K. Polk House. He was 9th Governor of Tennessee and the 11th President of the United States. One thing we like about James K. Polk is that he promised that he would do 4 things if he became President, and then he just went and did those 4 things. What a concept!

For all the days along the way
