Will there be a wedding ceremony on the day of the event?

Answer

No, there will not be a wedding ceremony on the day of the event. This day is all about the reception, where we’ll celebrate our marriage with our loved ones! It’s a chance to gather together and share in the joy of our wedding, which took place in Mexico in May of 2025. We can’t wait to celebrate this special milestone with all of you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our celebration is an open-house style event, so you’re welcome to arrive whenever it works best for you! However, our timeline is located on the Schedule tab of this Zola website and we hope you are able to spend the day celebrating with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is summer picnic party attire. Think light, breezy, and fun! Gingham, plaid, and summery prints are encouraged, as well as appropriate footwear for mingling and playing lawn games. Whatever makes you feel festive and comfortable. Hats, sunglasses, and cheerful colors are always a plus!

Yes, if your invitation includes a plus one, it will be noted when you RSVP on Zola.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely - everyone is welcome! Our outdoor picnic-style reception will have plenty of games and activities to enjoy for our guests of all ages and there is a playground at the location.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please notify us of any food allergies and dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accomodate them.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking available for our guests at Hanover City Hall and the baseball fields located at Settler's Park & Pavilion.
