How and when do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 30th. We are collecting RSVPs digitally on this website.

Do I still have to formally RSVP even if I told you I'm coming?

Answer

Yes! Please use the RSVP link at the top. There are so many moving parts to putting a wedding together, we'd prefer to avoid tracking down guests individually.

Who can I bring with me?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with all of our family and friends! However, due to venue limitations, we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend.

What if I RSVP'd "yes" but something came up and I can no longer attend?

Answer

Please let us know ASAP! While we're really looking forward to celebrating with you, we completely understand that life happens and unexpected events may arise. Please notify us as soon as you know there is a conflict so we can inform our vendors and adjust accordingly.

While we do not have a hotel block, we have two nearby hotels recommended under the Travel tab of this website.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

All events are being held on Saturday, October 26th at the Boerner Botanical Gardens (9400 Boerner Dr. in Hales Corners, Wisconsin). For those using a GPS, we recommend using Bright Faith Senior Living Home (5900 S 92nd St, Hales Corners, WI 53130) as a destination point as it is directly across the street from the private service entrance reserved for our guests. Please click the "Schedule" tab above for a map of the property.

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The reception begins with cocktail hour at 5:00PM in the atrium. Madeline and Mitch are being married in a small, private ceremony with their families and look forward to celebrating with all guests at the reception.

If I get lost trying to find the venue, who should I call?

Answer

Google Maps or Waze will be your best friend. For the most accurate directions, Bright Faith Senior Living Home (5900 S 92nd St, Hales Corners, WI 53130) is directly across the street from the service entrance reserved for our event. If you come through the main entrance, simply notify the attendants you are here for our wedding and they will direct you to our reserved parking area. If you are still having trouble, please call Anne Pagel, the bride's mother, at 262.617.3313 or Lucy Weller at 262.617.7313.

Where should I park?

Answer

The Gardens have a large parking lot that will be able to accommodate all guests. We have event access and reserved parking through the service entrance on S. 92nd St. right across from Bright Faith Senior Living Home. If you enter through the main entrance, simply notify the attendants you are here for our event and they will direct you to the reserved parking.

Can I take photos/videos?

Answer

We have hired two professional photographers and a videographer to capture the evening. We kindly ask that family members attending the ceremony turn off all electronics and be present with us in the moment. After the ceremony is complete and the couple has exited, you may turn on your devices and snap away! All professional photos will be available for purchase.

Is there a wedding hashtag?

Answer

No. Mitch and Madeline prefer to keep a low social media profile and will not have a public hashtag for this event.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, we will have a full open bar. Please be aware that our bartenders operate under their own licenses and have the right ID guests.

When will we eat?

Answer

Cocktail hour with appetizers will begin promptly after the ceremony at 5:00PM. Dinner events will commence at 6:00PM.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

The RSVP feature on this website allows you to notify us of any dietary concerns. If you have additional restrictions or needs, please do not hesitate to email Madeline at madelinerzentkowski@gmail.com and we will coordinate with our caterer.

Can I take home centerpieces or decorations?

Please do not remove any centerpieces, candles, votives, or other decorations from the venue as some items belong to our vendors!
