Go to the tab that says “RSVP”. You will look up your name and select it. Only those who are on the guest list can RSVP. Once you selected your name (or party), a list of events you are added to will show up. Go through each event and either RSVP or decline for each individual person.
We are allowing kids at the wedding but only those who are family.
The wedding will take place outdoors. This is if everything goes as planned but for any unforeseen circumstances the ceremony can be easily transferred inside the venue. TIP: Take allergy medicine. Seasonal allergies aren’t always bad around early October but the landscape is around densely wooded areas.
Early October time frame tends to be on the warmer side with an average high temperature of 73°F. Temperatures vary greatly but can get cooler after sunset. Check the weather forecast a week in advance.
Doors to the venue open at 2:30pm. This does not mean you have to be there that early. The best time to arrive is at 3:00pm but no later than 3:30pm. Ceremony starts at 3:45pm.
There will be plenty of parking in front of the venue. Drive your own personal vehicle or carpool. The reception will take place at the same location as the ceremony
No! When you get to the entrance gate of the park tell them you are here for “the wedding of Maddie and Victor”. You should not have to pay and if there are any issues please message 256-763-1503.
We are registered at Zola! You can find our registry on our website under the “registry” tab.
It’s highly recommended to either RSVP or decline by August 20th, 2025. We are allowing it up until September 1st but this is the last day. When you RSVP you need to pick an entrée for dinner. Do not RSVP if don’t have intentions of making the wedding.
