How do I book my room?

Guests should book their stay through our Destify travel page linked on the Travel section of this website. Destify is our travel partner and will assist with room selection, payments, and travel questions.

What is included with the all-inclusive stay?

Answer

The all-inclusive experience includes accommodations, meals, drinks, gratuities, and resort amenities. This allows guests to enjoy the resort without needing to plan or budget for meals during their stay.

What are the recommended travel dates?

We recommend arriving on 12/10/2026 and departing on 12/13/2026 to enjoy the full wedding weekend.

What is required to book a room?

A $150 per person deposit is required to reserve your room and lock in your rate. Flexible payment options are available through Destify.

When should I RSVP or book by?

Answer

Formal RSVPs will be collected later this year when invitations are sent. Travel booking is separate, and we recommend reserving accommodations earlier if you know you plan to attend, as airfare and availability tend to be better the earlier you book.

Guests should fly into Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA), with multiple carriers offering nonstop flights from Atlanta.
