Madeleine and Schneider met at a 4th of July bbq which was hosted by a mutual friend. Schneider was with his friend Eric and Madeleine sat across from them with friends. As the day went on they struck a conversation and left it at that. Schneider left the bbq early, and his friend asked "what did you think of Madeleine? If you want I can get her instagram for you". He responded "eh, why not she cute". Later that week, Schneider SLID his way into her DM's and managed to get a date. They hit it off at Top Golf and the rest was history.

Schneider knew he wanted to marry Madeleine. Although they were in the middle of a global pandemic he knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her and would not wait any longer. After buying the ring he had to come up with a game plan on how to do it. Madeleine wanted to go to New York for her birthday to see one of her favorite local singers Lee Burgos at Zona De Cuba. Schneider knew it would be the perfect place to do it. Everything went as planned, but Schneider was VERY nervous about the big event. Before dinner Schneider coordinated the whole plan with one of the employees at the restaurant. Schneider barely touched his food he was so nervous. Madeleine wondered why he was so quiet but didn't think much of it. After dinner, Schneider was handed a mic and knew there was no turning back now. He professed his love and asked Madeleine to marry him. Madeleine was so excited, with happy tears running down her face she said "YES!".
