Where we went on our first date, and where we got engaged...also a lovely summer spot to see Boise from!

North 8th Street

Fun downtown pedestrian street with lots of restaurants, bars, and local shops! Fork (a restaurant) here is the first place the bride and groom ever went for dinner together.

Lucky Peak State Park Discovery Unit

Where we paddle-boarded on our second date! Patrick was nerrrrrvous, but Maddie fell in 😂. This is a lovely day trip with kids or family to swim, paddle-board, enjoy watersports, cool off, or picnic.

The best bagel spot in town for our New York friends! Also where Maddie accidentally bought Patrick a coffee before they were dating 😮! Patrick thought it was free (he can be dense...)

A fun summer spot in Boise for adults and kids alike on the Boise River Greenbelt (long walking/biking path)! You can rent kayaks, paddle boards, and other water sports equipment nearby or just walk along the paths to the water/nearby restaurants

A perennial after-work favorite of Maddie and Patrick's, and also a unique Boise spot! Must try american food with a surprising variety of fry and fry sauce options. I mean...it's Idaho and they specialize in potatoes...do you need a better reason?
