Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress in cocktail or garden party attire, and we would love for you to wear pink to celebrate our special day. Please no jeans.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes “Guest” or the name of a plus one, then yes — we’d love for you to bring someone! If not, we’re keeping things a bit more intimate due to space and hope you understand. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Kwataqnuk Resort and other hotel's with discounts. You can find booking info on the “Travel & Stay” section of this site.

Is the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at a private residence in Polson, MT. Once you arrive, you’re all set for the evening. There will be a short walk between the ceremony and reception areas, so please wear comfortable shoes.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

We’ll be providing transportation between the Kwataqnuk Hotel and the venue on the wedding day. Detailed timing and information will be shared as the date approaches. If you’re staying at a different hotel, you can still use the shuttle by going to the Kwatuknuk Hotel pickup location.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there’s parking available for anyone driving themselves.

Can I bring gifts to the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing gifts with you, as we have limited suitcase space for our flight back to DC! Please send any gifts through our registry to our home. Anything larger than an envelope should be mailed directly to us.
