We're Getting Married!

Madeleine and Jake’s love story began in October 2018, when fate brought them together one evening at a party while they were both students at California State University, Chico. A spark was lit that night, and it’s been burning ever since. After Madeleine graduated in 2020, the couple moved to Southern California and made a home in Costa Mesa—where they also welcomed their beloved dachshund, Rufus, into their lives. Over the past six years, they've filled their days with adventure, laughter, and the little joys that make life sweet. Whether they’re planning their next overseas getaway, road-tripping up the coast, dancing at a concert, enjoying a cozy date night, hosting friends, or cooking up something delicious at home, Madeleine and Jake are always up to something memorable. Today, they call Seal Beach home, embracing the laid-back beauty of life by the ocean. In December 2023, Jake popped the question at one of their favorite places—Crescent Bay Park in Laguna Beach—and Madeleine said yes! Now they’re soaking up every moment of engagement bliss and can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you.
