We are asking guests to wear cocktail attire. This includes cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets and slacks.
Yes! We will have an open bar and will be providing wine, beer and a signature cocktail. Anyone receiving beverages from the open bar will need to present a valid ID to the bartender.
Given that our venue is in the mountains and is on a steep hill, we will be providing a separate lot for guests to park at and be shuttled back to the lodge. There will be shuttle times on Friday (5.13) and Sunday (5.15) to allow guests to move their cars and retrieve them again. Anyone not staying at the lodge and only coming for the ceremony and reception are encouraged to carpool in order to save space for our reception and vendor parking.
No. The majority of the rooms are set up much like hotel rooms (two queen beds and a bathroom) with the exception of the suites for the bridal party and the downstairs rooms (multiple queen sized bunk beds). We have carefully selected a room for each guest and think everyone will really enjoy their rooms!
