As COVID cases are spiking and my wedding is fast approaching, I want to express that if for any reason a guest is wary of going to an indoor event with up to 100 other guests or if a guest feels unwell, Luke and I will be extremely understanding of some guests not attending our wedding for those reasons. We want to prioritize everyone’s wellbeing first and foremost, especially with grandparents and individuals with compromised health attending, we want to keep them safe too. If you are feeling unwell the week of the wedding (any COVID symptoms), please follow CDC guidelines (quarantine for 10-14 days) or we politely ask you and/or your party to get COVID rapid testing just as a precaution if you still are planning to attend our wedding. This goes without saying, if the rapid test is positive, please stay home. If you are feeling okay the week of the wedding, COVID tests are not required to attend but would be appreciated, as some people can be asymptomatic. Vaccinated individuals can still get COVID too. COVID tests are currently by appointment only so please be diligent. I would like for everyone to reach out to either Luke or Me (or Mrs. Staley or Mrs. Travis) as a final head count for guests.
