When is the wedding?

The wedding is on August 1, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 4pm, and the reception will begin at 5:30pm.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

The ceremony is at Hynds Lodge Amphitheater in Curt Gowdy State Park. The reception is at Cheyenne Botanic Gardens on the Solar Patio.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15–20 minutes early so you have time to get settled before the ceremony begins. Please do not arrive at the reception until 5:30pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual attire is encouraged - sundresses, slacks, or nice jeans with a button-down or polo.

Please RSVP by July 1st using the RSVP tab on our website.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, a cash bar will be available at the reception. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

Yes, we are asking guests to fully enjoy the ceremony and refrain from using phones or cameras. Our photographer will capture the moment, and we will happily share the photos with you.

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Please plan attire accordingly. Shade, fans, and bottled water will be available for your comfort.
