Justin and I knew from day one that this was it, we were our forevers. Everything we did was so easy and effortless. We always talked about our future together, with marriage, our forever home, future kids, and all the big plans we've ever dreamed of. One day Justin asked me "Where is your favorite place with me?" My response was "Our bedroom, in our home. I am the most comfortable. We have our deepest talks and the most laughs there" (and if you know us, we eat dinner in our bedroom every night) One short month later, I walk into our bedroom on a random January afternoon to find Justin down on one knee shaking like a leaf. I was shocked to say the least.
Justin really out did himself with the ring. It wasn't just a mass made produced engagement ring. He got the engagement ring my late father had given my mom and broke it down to customize a new and improved ring. It is everything I dreamed of, especially the memory of my father I can wear everyday.
