Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be in the outdoor garden and the reception will be indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire — dressed-up and party-ready, but not overly formal. Think cocktail dresses or dressy separates for women and suits or dress pants/blazer for men.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Complimentary self-parking behind the hotel is reserved for hotel guests. There is an additional lot next to the hotel that offers metered parking during the week, and is free after 5:00pm on Friday until Monday morning. Street parking is also available around the hotel. There will be shuttle service from the Fairfield Inn & Holiday Inn to and from the venue. The shuttle will run from 3:45pm - 4:45pm and 10:15pm - 11:15 pm. If you are staying at either of these hotels, please let the front desk know when you check in that you will be using the shuttle so we can help accommodate everyone!
